How it works

DisplayNote is a desktop and mobile application that lets presenters and teachers stream content from their computer to multiple participants across multiple devices.

After starting a DisplayNote session on your computer, participants can join your session (via a wireless network) using the DisplayNote app on their device (ipad, tablet, phone, laptop).

Open any content and connected devices will receive it on their device. Participants can capture your slides, add their own notes and work together in real-time collaboration.

When the session is over, both presenters and participants can save, store and export everything for future review.

With DisplayNote you can:

    Capture the presenter's notes, slides, images and video in real-time and all on your own device.

    Highlight what is important to you, underline key phrases, mark / tag important items for later review, and send annotations to other connected devices.

    Add written notes, post-its and references to any slide, image and video.

    In presenter mode, use your tablet device to present from anywhere in the room, access and control your desktop, create collaborative groups, pass control to other participant's devices and even view the screen of another connected device.

    Save out presentations, images, files and all your notes to review anywhere, anytime.

  • Send private messages

    Send and receive private messages with the presenter and other connected devices while you work.
