Product Manager

In support of ambitious growth plans and company transformation, we are looking to strengthen our product team and are looking for a product manager that will understand and communicate the problem of our users and customers and define requirements for a solution that is loved by our users and customers. In this role, the primary focus is on optimizing a product to achieve business goals while maximizing return on investment.

As part of the role, you should spend a significant amount of time understanding the problems our users face.

To deeply understand the problems our users are facing and determine which are the important problems to solve, you will do the following:

  • Have a deep knowledge of each product’s problem and space.
  • Regularly talk with users and customers and be the voice of the customer
  • Communicate with users on issues and epics.
  • Work with Support and Sales to connect with customers and prospects.
  • Uncover insights through research.


Core Tasks

  • Maintain and update product direction and roadmap.
    Communicates production vision and plan both internally and externally.
  • Review and maintain product KPIs and OKRs.
    KPIs are how you know whether you are making the right investments or measuring the right thing.
  • Release planning and product requirements.
    Directly responsible for planning, creating product requirements documents and prioritising the work for the respective development group.
  • Create release posts.
    The release post is the way to broadcast what features have been released. You are responsible for ensuring release posts are created, reviews are complete and shared with sales, marketing, support, partners, and other stakeholders.
  • Connect partner, user, and customer insight with product prioritisation.
    Customer interviewing, collecting insights about customer adoption, pain points, and reprioritizing "What's Next". PMs are responsible for continuously refining the most important feature, bugs, and tech debt to ensure relevance to the market, install base, and expansion.
  • Tirage of bugs, features, performance issues.
    PMs are responsible for prioritizing the most important issues to work on.


About You

  • You can assimilate vast amounts of information—including qualitative feedback from customers, quantitative data from analytics tools and statistics, research reports, and market trends, to name but a few.
  • You must be able to be really good at strategy, be inspirational, and understand the long-term picture.
  • At the same time, you have to be really good at the operational side and making things happen.
  • You can continuously go back and forth between the 10,000-foot view and the two-inch view.
  • You are an excellent communicator.
  • While you do not need to be able to code, understanding the technology stack—and most importantly, the level of effort involved—is crucial to making the right decisions.
  • You do what needs to be done to achieve your goals.
