The MacKenzie Suite offers clients the latest state-of-the-art technology in wireless presentation and video conferencing facilities.

VenYou has had previous experience with the DisplayNote software, having used Montage for wireless presentations within their meeting spaces. With the latest integration of Launcher, user experience has progressed to a new level with quick, easy, and secure access to the apps and video calls required by clients.

The Challenge

• Needed a solution that made it easy for clients to walk in and use the meeting room without fuss or delay, or prior training.
• Needed a solution that integrates with the many collaboration and video conferencing tools their clients choose to use.
• Kiosk mode was an essential requirement as VenYou needed to protect their IT set up from tampering.

The Solution

The MacKenzie suite was fitted with a large format display and a NUC. This meant Launcher could be added to the existing AV technology for a cost-effective user-experience upgrade.

Combining both Launcher and Montage’s functionality, VenYou now has an integrated solution, making it easy to wirelessly share content, present or talk – whether meeting participants are in the room or located globally. Participants can use whichever video conferencing solution they prefer, whether it’s Zoom, Microsoft Teams, GoToMeeting, or any other popular solution.

With minimal training, clients can make full use of Launcher’s functionality, and once the meeting is over, one tap clears all trace of the client’s content or browsing history, with no footprint left behind.
