Stressful requests for support
The reality of meeting spaces for Bill and SHEIN staff on a global scale was several bespoke solutions that were not reliable or user-friendly. With users discovering at the last minute that they were unable to connect to calls or meetings, extra pressure was added to Bill’s IT teams to respond to support calls quickly.
