Tell us a bit more about your role at DisplayNote

I started as Senior iOS Developer and then moved to Team Lead for Swoodle project. I later moved to Senior C++ developer and am now as Team Lead for the Montage project. In the Montage team, we work very hard to offer the best product. Every day is a new adventure, with new features to include, improvements to be added… It’s a product that encompasses many technologies and requires a lot of planning. My responsibilities are mainly to coordinate project tasks and resources, provide/review estimates, validate overall development quality, highlight technical debt and take care of the product’s health.

What’s your greatest personal achievement during your time in the company?

I have managed to mature many skills such as communication and teamwork skills, as well as problem-solving, and above all knowing how to fit into the corporate culture.

What can we find you doing outside of work?

As I am a father, my free time is dedicated to my children. Then I have other hobbies like role-playing games. I also like to practice archery and go running.

You’re in your favorite coffee shop, what are you ordering?

A mint pennyroyal tea.

It’s lunchtime and you’re at the deli. You have free reign to create your ultimate sandwich. What’s in it?

Beef jerky, tomatoes, cheddar cheese, and chimichurri sauce.

You’ve been given a free holiday – where are you off to?

I’d like to visit the mountain range of Carrascoy in Murcia. I’d unwind by reading and going for walks in the Murcia valleys.
